Diligent, passionate, attentive to detail, incredibly pleasant, you name it, she checks all the boxes. She’ll roll up her sleeves and toil to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for, and she’ll hit the nail right on the head. Easiest 5-stars ever! I first met Claudia shortly after moving to San Antonio. I had moved to Texas on my own while my family was still out of state. I was living in an apartment at the time, and knowing that my family would be joining me soon thereafter, I wanted to rent a larger space (ie. a home) as it would be far more convenient and comfortable for my young children. Being new to the area, I wasn't ready to commit to buying a home before having a better feel for the city. Even though I was just looking to rent at that time, I was struck by Claudia's enthusiasm and commitment to helping find the right space for my family. Needless to say, she did just that and it was the ideal location for our family for the time that we spent there. Fast forward a short few months when we had decided it was time to buy a home, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to Claudia again. She asked all the right questions and was able to quickly glean what it is we were looking for. We are – by our own admission – quite particular. That didn’t phase Claudia one bit. Even when we would ultra-critique a specific feature of a home, she was incredibly respectful of our views and would enthusiastically take them into consideration when finding the next home for us to tour. Claudia has an amazing feel for the city, and what’s more, she has an expansive network of connections that allowed her to bring us home options that were not publicly listed. It’s a foregone conclusion that when all was said and done, Claudia found the perfect home for our family now, and well into the future. Ultimately, Claudia was an immensely reliable resource to us throughout the home-purchasing process, and continues to be someone that we feel comfortable turning to for home- or city-related advice even several months after moving in. Not only have we landed the perfect home, but in the process we feel that we’ve made a great friend."
